U.S. Standard Insurance Group Announces new technology development

On October 10, 2012,U.S. Standard Insurance announced the pending release of a new insurance software but would not comment as to it's design "for fear it would complicate the release and give early warning to competitors." This change is designed to make insurance procurement easier, faster and more consistent. The spokesperson stated that, "this software, protected under appropriate patent law, could change the way an entire section of the personal lines insurance industry does business."


Noteholder Information

Standard shares of stock have been issued in the amount of 800,000.00 capital shares to the President of the corporation and 200,000.00 capital shares have been issued to the Treasurer and Vice President for services and goods rendered to the corporation in 2012.
