(Last Updated October 5th, 2012)

By using this site, you signify your agreement to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, do not use this site.

By using U.S. Standard Insurance Co. software, you agree that you are an authorized person operating on the buyer’s behalf or are the buyer / proposed insured or current insured.

Some information required to determine rates are assumed as is common during the insurance underwriting process.  Occasionally, additional risks found during underwriting can cause the underwriting company to request the rate reflect these risks or that the coverage be placed with another carrier.  In these rare occurrences, U.S. Standard will attempt to find the most suitable replacement and notify all parties involved as soon as possible before proceeding.
